Multiple spaces inside the CLC are available for rent to both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Explore our spaces below. To proceed with renting a space, please submit a completed Rental Contract. Send, along with a Certificate of Liability Insurance that lists Community Learning Center as an additional insured, to clctipton@gmail.com

Suite 316

Suite 316 is located on the third floor. Although it is our smallest room available at 598 square feet, it offers 207 sq feet of an in-office storage room.

Suite 312

Suite 312 is located on the third floor and offers a 1,357 square feet of space. Large windows let in a lot of daylight. Built-in storage cabinets are included.

Suite 310

Suite 310 is a large space located on the newly restored third floor. The room offers 648 square feet of flexible space (21x32') and is well lit with large windows. Built-in storage cabinets are included.
