The Cookery is a shared learning and test kitchen, and a licensed and inspected food processing facility that provides space and resources to individuals and culinary entrepreneurs looking to start or grow a food-related business.

The Cookery offers opportunities to use all of its in-house, commercial kitchen amenities (including prep stations, sinks, appliances, dry, cold and freezer storage areas, and more) by one-time appointment or through memberships. Long-term memberships in The Cookery also include use of The CLC Cafe, upon request, when available to sample or sell food products. The CLC Cafe is located in the main hall near the entrance to the CLC.

Kitchen users must provide their own ingredients, most small appliances, pots, pans, utensils, dish soap, towels, laundry detergent, etc. and must complete work within the day.
