Dedicated Programmers
Dedicated Programmers collaborate with the CLC to link, leverage, and align resources in ways that enhance one another's capacity to create a shared outcome. These efforts work to meet the needs of community members in the areas of Workforce Development, Health and Wellness, and the Arts, providing social and emotional support.
Dedicated Programmers meet monthly with the Director to further the mission of the CLC. They collaborate to combat working in isolation and share services to ensure economic sustainability and skills development. They are able to access all areas of the CLC to further their programming while collaborating with others - and the community - to thrive.

Cole Center Family YMCA
The YMCA is a non-profit charitable organization; strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, & social responsibility is our cause. We know that lasting personal and social change comes about when we all work together. That’s why, at the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
The YMCA Programming is located in Suite 116 and can be contacted at (260)347-9622.
Supported Community Partners
Organizations may also become Supported Partners, although they do not have a physical presence at the CLC like a Dedicated Programmer. Supported Partners collaborate with CLC, and often Dedicated Programmers, to meet the needs of community members through use of spaces and resources located here.

Committees
The Culinary Arts committee is comprised of community members who have a real passion for cooking and creating delectable treats. These people also have a passion for teaching others the art of cooking and preparing new and different foods. This committee meets monthly to plan unique and different events for all genders and participants of all ages. Teaching the community how to preserve food and make healthy meals using our garden produce continues to be a driving force for our programming and planning.
