Programmers
Organizations are selected to become Dedicated Programmers or Supported Community Partners at the Community Learning Center through an application process. After completing an application, an interview is conducted with the Programming Committee and Director to determine eligibility.
Volunteers serve on Committees at the Community Learning Center to lead inform and develop programming opportunities under specific areas of interest.

Dedicated Programmers
Dedicated Programmers collaborate with the CLC to link, leverage, and align resources in ways that enhance one another's capacity to create a shared outcome. These efforts work to meet the needs of community members in the areas of Workforce Development, Health and Wellness, and the Arts, providing social and emotional support.
Dedicated Programmers meet monthly with the Director to further the mission of the CLC. They collaborate to combat working in isolation and share services to ensure economic sustainability and skills development. They are able to access all areas of the CLC to further their programming while collaborating with others - and the community - to thrive.

Dekko Foundation
The mission of the Dekko Foundation is fostering economic freedom through education. We’re a private family foundation started in 1981 by the late philanthropist and businessman Mr. Chester E. Dekko. Our grantmaking is focused in 13 counties in four states — including Noble, DeKalb, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Steuben, and Whitley counties in Northeast Indiana — where Mr. Dekko had business or personal interests.
Dekko Foundation is located in Suite 318 and can be contacted at (260)347-1278.
Supported Community Partners
Organizations may also become Supported Partners, although they do not have a physical presence at the CLC like a Dedicated Programmer. Supported Partners collaborate with CLC, and often Dedicated Programmers, to meet the needs of community members through use of spaces and resources located here.

Fine Arts

Committees
The Fine Arts committee is comprised of a group of community artists who represent all mediums. They are working to create a space where artists can work and teach community members. We are creating space for painting, sewing, stained glass, and pottery. Visiting and community artists will have space to teach novice and experienced community members.
